To participate in the referral program, you must refer a new customer to our company using our referral link.
The referred customer must sign up for a new account using your referral link or code and make a qualifying purchase within 30 days of signing up.
A qualifying purchase is any purchase of a full Barrett Group career management program.
You will receive a $500 referral reward for each successful referral, subject to the following conditions:
- The referral reward will be paid to you, the referrer, within 60 days of the referred customer’s qualifying purchase, provided that the referred customer is still enrolled in the full Barrett Group career management program and in good standing.
- The referral reward is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
- The referral reward cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions.
- The referral reward may be changed or discontinued at The Barrett Group’s discretion at any time without notice.
You are responsible for any taxes, fees, or charges that may apply to your referral reward.
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when participating in the referral program.
You agree not to abuse, manipulate, or exploit the referral program in any way, such as by creating multiple accounts, using fake or fraudulent information, or referring yourself.
You agree not to spam, harass, or solicit anyone to join the referral program.
You agree to respect the privacy and preferences of your referrals and not to disclose any personal or confidential information about them without their consent.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless our company, its affiliates, and its employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, or losses arising from or related to your participation in the referral program or your breach of these terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program or any part of it at any time without notice or liability.
We reserve the right to verify the eligibility and validity of any referral and to reject or revoke any referral reward that we deem to be fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice. Your continued participation in the referral program after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the federal laws of the United States of America. Any disputes arising from or related to the referral program or these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania.
